Service of process of Supreme Court. - Writs, processes, and orders of the Supreme Court, or of any justice thereof, shall be served or executed by the sheriff of the City of Manila or of the province where the Supreme Court may be in session, or by any officer having authority to execute the writs, processes, or orders of a Court of First Instance.
