Monthly report of justice of the peace. - On the first of the month each justice of the peace shall submit to the receiving officer, upon forms prescribed by the General Auditing Office, a detailed report of all official business transacted by him or in his court during the preceding month, such as marriages solemnized, actions begun, terminated, or pending in the court, together with an itemized statement of all fees and costs collected and for what service.
