Reorganization of ACCFA to Align Its Activities - The administrative machinery of the Agricultural Credit and Cooperative Financing Administration created under Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred twenty-one, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred and eighty-five, shall be reorganized to enable it to align its activities with the requirements and objectives of this Code and shall be known as the Agricultural Credit Administration.
