Appropriation. - To carry out effectively the provisions of this Act, the amount of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of the fees collected under this Act, in addition to the appropriations provided in the General Appropriations Act, for the expense of this Commission for the fiscal year beginning July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-four, to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-five: Provided, however, That any savings in the appropriations of the Motor Vehicles Office for the fiscal year beginning July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-three, to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-four shall likewise be available for this purpose.
