Form and Contents of Application. Each application for a license for atomic energy materials shall be in writing and shall contain such information as the Commission may by regulation or order deem to be necessary to carry its responsibilities under this Act. All applications and statements shall be signed by the applicant or licensee. Applications for various licenses specified in this Act may be combined in a single application.
