Liabilities not Affected by this Act. Nothing in this Act shall affect (a) the liability of any individual for nuclear damage for which the installation operator, by virtue of Sections forty-one, and forty-three of this Act is not liable under this Act and which that individual caused by an act or omission done with intent to cause damage; or
(b) the liability outside this Act of the installation operator for nuclear damage for which, by virtue of sub-paragraph (b) of Section forty-three of this Act, he is not liable under the provisions of this Act.
