Intervention of Commission in Court Proceedings. When, after the occurrence of a nuclear incident, it appears that the Government will have to pay indemnity pursuant to the provisions of Section fifty-two hereof, the Court having jurisdiction over the claims for compensation arising from the nuclear incident shall allow the Commission, upon its petition, to intervene in the proceedings, at any time before final judgment.
