Right of respondent. The respondent pharmacist shall be entitled to be heard by himself or be represented by counsel; to have a speedy and public hearing to confront and to cross-examine witnesses against him; to summon and present witnesses in his behalf; and to any other process for the protection of his individual or civil rights.
