Qualifications of Election Registration Board Members. - No person shall be appointed or act as member of an election registration board unless he is a qualified voter, of good reputation, has not been convicted of any election offense or of any other crime punishable by more than six months of imprisonment or has no complaint or information pending against him for any election offense.
