Preservation of Voter's Application for Registration. - The original of the application for registration of each voter shall be compiled and incorporated alphabetically into the existing precinct book of voters. The board shall send the duplicate on the day following the date of the application to the office of the provincial election supervisor of the province and the triplicate to the national central file in the Commission.
