National Central File of Registered Voters. - The triplicate copies of all approved applications for registration shall immediately be sent to the Commission. These applications shall be arranged alphabetically by precinct so as to make the file an exact replica of the precinct book of voters, and shall be open during office hours to the public with legitimate inquiries for purposes of election.
