Posting and Translation of Election Code. - A printed copy of this Code in English or Spanish and in the national language, and, whenever possible, in the local dialect shall be posted conspicuously in every polling place on election day, in order that it may be readily constituted by any person offering to register or vote.
The translation of this Code into the national language and into the local dialects shall be made by the Institute of National Language.
