Soliciting Contributions for Any Charitable, Religious or Social Cause. - It shall be unlawful within the period of one hundred and fifty days before the election for any government-owned or controlled corporation to give or cause to be given, and/or to contribute or cause to be contributed any sums of money for any charitable, religious, or social cause whatsoever, unless specifically authorized by law.
