Provinces and Municipalities. - First and second class provinces shall each have ten (10) elective members; third and fourth class provinces, eight; and fifth and sixth class provinces, six to be elected at large by the qualified voters therein.
All other municipalities shall have the same number of elective members as provided in existing laws.
