Voters in Cities. - The registered voters of a highly urbanized city shall not vote in the election for provincial officials of the province in which it is located. No component city shall be declared or classified as a highly urbanized city within sixty (60) days prior to a local election.lawphil.net
The registered voters of a component city shall be entitled to vote in the election for the provincial officials of the province of which it is a part, unless its charter provides otherwise.
