The effectivity clause provided in Section 29, Book VII, of Executive Order No. 292 dated July 25, 1987, known as the Administrative Code of 1987, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 29. Effectivity. This Code shall take effect two years after its publication in the Official Gazette."
