Section One hundred five of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-five hundred and eighteen, entitled "An Act Creating the City of Oroquieta," is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Sec. 105. Participation in election of provincial officials. - The voters of the City of Oroquieta shall be qualified and entitled to vote in the election of provincial governor, provincial vice-governor, and members of the provincial board of the Province of Misamis Occidental, and any of such qualified voters can be a candidate for any provincial office."
