The Barotac Viejo National Agricultural College in the Municipality of Barotac Viejo, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a branch of the Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College to be known as the Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College, Barotac Viejo Campus.
