Reference to Offices and Positions. - All references to the "Commissioner of the Budget," "Budget Commission" or "Commission" and "Office of Compensation and Position Classification" or "OCPC" in Presidential Decree No. 985 and Presidential Decree No. 1597 shall read to mean the Secretary of Budget and Management, the Department of Budget and Management or DBM, and the Compensation and Position Classification Bureau or CPCB, respectively.
