Applicability of Presidential Decree No. 985 as Amended by Presidential Decree No. 1597. - All provisions of Presidential Decree No. 985, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1597, which are not inconsistent with this Act and are not expressly modified, revoked or repealed in this Act shall continue to be in full force and effect.
