Return on Investment Funds. - The depositors or investors in joint investment participation accounts shall be entitled to a portion of the return on investment according to the deposit balances and its period. The profits on participation account with authorization to invest in specific transaction shall be calculated on the same basis as on the capital funds invested as determined by the Board of Directors pursuant to Section 35 of this Act.
