Authorized Banking Services. - The Islamic Bank shall exercise all the powers and perform all the services of a bank, except as otherwise prohibited by this Act: provided, that no transactions by any customer, company, corporation or firm with the said Islamic Bank shall be permitted for discounts by the Central Bank of the Philippines.
