Name, Domicile and Place of Business. - There is hereby created the Al-Amanah Islamic Investment Bank of the Philippines, which shall be hereinafter called the Islamic Bank.ts principal domicile and place of business shall be in Zamboanga City. It may establish branches, agencies or other offices at such places in the Philippines or abroad subject to the laws, rules and regulations of the Central Bank.
