Investment Risk Fund. - The Islamic Bank shall maintain general reserves appropriations pursuant to the profit and loss distributions made under Section 35 of this Act. All amounts appropriated for the Investment Risk Fund out of the net profits of each year shall be invested for the benefit of the Islamic Bank only in safe non-interest-bearing transactions by authority of the Board of Directors.
