Statutory Articles of Incorporation. - This Act, upon its effectivity, shall be deemed accepted for all legal intents and purposes as the Statutory Articles of Incorporation of the Al-Amanah Islamic Investments Bank of the Philippines; and that notwithstanding the provisions of any existing law to the contrary, said Islamic Bank shall be deemed registered and duly authorized to do business and operate as an Islamic Bank as of the date of approval of this Act.
