Registration Requirements. - No entity shall be registered by the Cooperative Development Authority as a cooperative bank unless the articles of cooperation and by-laws thereof as well as its establishment and operation as a cooperative bank have been approved by the Central Bank of the Philippines and it satisfies all requirements for registration as a cooperative.
