Infrastructure. - In agrarian reform and resettlement areas, the Government shall grant to agrarian reform cooperatives preferential treatment, if necessary, the authority to construct, maintain, and manage with government funding roads, bridges, canals, wharves, ports, reservoirs, irrigation systems, waterworks systems, and other infrastructures. For this purpose, government technical assistance, facilities and equipment shall be made available to such agrarian reform cooperatives for their use.
