Roster of Librarians. – A roster of librarians containing the names and addresses of certified librarians, dates of registration or issuance of certificates, and other date which in the opinion of the Board may appear pertinent. Copies of the roster shall also be provided the National Library, the Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. and the Civil Service Commission.
