Absorption by the Department of the National Action Committee on Anti-Hijacking. – The Department shall absorb the National Action Committee on Anti-Hijacking under the Department of National Defense, and the transfer of assets, personnel and accountabilities of this office to the Department shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
