Repealing Clause. – All laws, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations, and other issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Act hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
The provisions of Executive Order No. 262 shall remain valid insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
