Appropriations. - The amount of six hundred million pesos (P600,000,000.00) is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any savings or unexpended balance in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated to cover the costs of holding the 1992 national and local elections. Hereafter, the amounts necessary to fund subsequent elections shall be included in the General Appropriations Act for the corresponding fiscal year.
