Term of Franchise – The grantee shall be for a term of forty (40) years from the date of the approval, of this Act, unless sooner revoked or canceled. In the event that the grantee fails to operate within two (2) years from the effectivity of this Act, this franchise shall be deemed ipso facto revoked.
