Composition. – There shall be a Board of Foreign Service Examinations to be composed of an Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs, as Chairman, the Head of Personnel and Administrative Services and a Commissioner of the Civil Service Commission, as members, and the Director of the Foreign Service Institute, as Board Secretary.
