Repealing Clause. – The Foreign Service Act of 1952 (Republic Act No. 708, as amended), all other acts, presidential decrees, executive orders, letters of implementation, letters of instruction, and rules and regulations which are inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
