Name and Composition of the Board. – There shall be created a Board of Nursing to be composed of a Chairman and four (4) members who shall be appointed by the President from a list of twelve (12) nominees who are registered nurses of recognized standing in the Philippines and who possess the qualifications prescribed in Section 5 of this Act as certified by the accredited national nurses′ association to the Professional Regulation Commission.
