The appropriations for the Mountain Province Community College, the Tadian School of Arts and Trades, the Bacarri Agricultural High School and the Eastern Bontoc National Agricultural School, except the sum necessary to continue the operation of the existing high schools, are hereby transferred to the College. Thereafter, such amount as may be necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the College shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.
