Presidential Decree No. 360, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1769, and all other laws, proclamations, decrees, letters of instruction, executive orders, rules and regulations and other issuances, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
