Code of Conduct. - Within six (6) months from the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Health, upon consultation with other appropriate agencies, professional and health worker's organization, shall formulate and prepare a Code of Conduct for Public Health Workers, which shall be disseminated as widely as possible.
