Franchise Grant.- Subject to the provision of the Constitution, laws, orders, decrees not inconsistent herewith, the network is hereby granted a franchise to construct, maintain and operate television broadcasting stations and satellite receiving and transmitting facilities in the Philippines for a period co-terminous with the corporate existence of the Network.
