Repealing Clause.- All laws, executive orders, rules and regulations, or part thereof which are inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly: Provided; however, That nothing in this Act shall amend, modify or repeal the provisions of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code.
