Functions of the PCC Advisory Board.- The PCC Advisory Board shall perform the following functions:
a. Formulate policies, programs and projects for the development of the Philippine carabao;
b. Review and recommend the annual budget of the PCC;
c. Evaluate the implementation, efficiency and effectiveness of the programs and projects of the PCC; and
d. Recommend the establishment or abolition of carabao centers as may be deemed necessary.
