The personnel of the different colleges, the college of agriculture, the college of fisheries, and the Marinduque Community College, shall be absorbed by the Marinduque State College, subject to existing laws, rules and regulations.
All assets, fixed and movable, records, documents and other things of value belonging to the abovementioned colleges including their liabilities shall be turned over to the Marinduque State College.
