All assets, fixed and movable, personnel, records and documents of the Batad National High School and the Batad National Agricultural and Vocational High School in the Municipality of Batad, Province of lloilo, as well as their liabilities shall be transferred to the Batad Polytechnic College:Provided, however,That the positions, rights and security of tenure of personnel employed therein pursuant to existing laws prior to the integration of the Batad National High School and the Batad National Agricultural and Vocational High School into the Batad Polytechnic College are not impaired.
