The amount needed to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the current fiscal year appropriations of the Camarines Norte National High School, Abano Pilot Elementary School, Mercedes School of Fisheries, Camarines Norte National Agricultural School and Camarines Norte National School of Arts and Trades. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
