Annual Report of the Commission on Audit and the Management Board.- The availment and use of a financial assistance under this Act shall be subject to regular audit by the Commission on Audit which shall render an annual report of its findings to the President and the Congress. The Management Board shall likewise submit an annual report of its operations to the President.
