The bed capacity of the Cagayan District Hospital in the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan, is hereby expanded and upgraded from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds and upgrading it into a provincial hospital to be known as the Aparri Provincial Hospital.1шphi1
