Repealing Clause.- Republic Act Numbered Two Thousand Six Hundred and Forty-four is hereby repealed and all laws, decrees, orders, instructions, rules and regulations and other issuances or parts thereof inconsistent with this Act are likewise repealed or amended accordingly.
