President.- The management of the day-today operations of the Corporation shall be vested in the President as its chief executive officer.
No person shall be appointed President by the governing Board unless he is in the government career service, is at least thirty-five (35) years of age and has expertise in banking, finance, economics, law, agriculture, business management, or public administration.
