Appropriations. – For the initial operating expenses of the National Consumer Affairs Council, the sum of Two million pesos (P2,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of funds of the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary to carry out its purpose shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.
