Examination Required.- Except as otherwise specifically allowed under the provisions of this Act and other existing laws, all applicants for registration as radiologic technologists and x-ray technologists shall be required to undergo an examination which shall he given once a year by the Board, through the Commission, according to its rules and regulations and at such time and place as may be determined by the Commission.
